The ROMILDAMOR Foundation was founded in 2018 by Romilda Dompreh, an Attorney and passionate advocate for women’s rights and justice. With a background in law, global human rights, and survivor advocacy, Romilda leads the foundation with vision, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Her personal commitment to transforming the lives of exploited women into stories of empowerment is the heartbeat of our mission. She continues to shape the foundation’s strategy, partnerships, and global reach.

Our Management Team oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of the ROMILDAMOR Foundation. With expertise in legal services, project management, communications, safeguarding, and survivor care, they work collaboratively to ensure our programs are effective, ethical, and empowering. The team provides leadership across all initiatives—from client support and wellbeing events to awareness campaigns—ensuring our foundation operates with excellence, integrity, and compassion at every level.
