Career Development Programme – Partner with Purpose:
Your organisation can help survivors regain their independence and confidence by participating in the following ways:
- Mentorship: Match professionals within your organisation with survivors to offer guidance, encouragement, and practical career advice.
- Work Experience Opportunities: Offer survivors short-term placements or shadowing opportunities to help them build professional skills and workplace readiness.
- Employment Opportunities: Create pathways to long-term employment by hiring qualified survivors or supporting them in applications.

Pro Bono Legal Programme

Join our Legal Clinic to Defend Human Dignity:
Your firm can collaborate with the ROMILDAMOR Foundation’s internal Legal Clinic to provide survivors with free legal representation in the most critical areas of their lives:
- Immigration Law: Supporting survivors with asylum, visa applications, leave to remain, and status regularisation.
- Civil Law: Securing access to housing, benefits, protective orders, and compensation claims.
All pro bono work is carried out under the supervision of our in-house legal team—comprised of trauma-informed, specialist lawyers with expertise in human rights, public law, and gender-based violence. We ensure that survivors receive not only expert representation, but also compassionate, culturally competent care.
